Mr. Brumley obtained
his doctorate of law from the Stetson University College of Law in 2001.
He immediately began working in the areas personal injury and first
party insurance disputes, which remain his focus today. He concentrated in
the area of bad faith insurance litigation while a law student at Stetson, and
clerked for several prominent personal injury and family law attorneys.
He has represented multiple insurers from file inception through to
trial. Mr. Brumley has also successfully represented a client on
appeal in the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Brumley earned his Bachelor of Arts in the area of mass communications
from the University of South Florida in 1996. Mr. Brumley was born in Long
Island, New York, and served in the United States Navy from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Brumley has been happily
married for the last twelve years.
